Frank Darrell Bankhead

Frank Darrell Bankhead was born to Thomas Leroy Bankhead and Mary Lucille Bankhead on July 24, 1938. He attended school at Olympus High School. He was the youngest of eight children.
He married Euridell Coleman on June 17, 1958. They were together for nearly 64 years. They had two sons, Tony and John Bankhead, both of Salt Lake City.
“Darrell” worked as a Detail Manager for Larry H. Miller Lexus. Darrell’s hobbies included fishing, hunting, and golfing. He enjoyed caring for his yard. He loved, knew everybody and was a stranger to none. He was a gentleman. He had a wonderful singing voice, especially to his wife, Euridell. He will be remembered for his sayings and jokes. He always put a smile on everyone’s face. He was close to Christ his entire life.
Survived by his wife Euridell; sons, Tony (Brad), and John; four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews and a host of relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his mother and father and seven sisters and brothers.
Funeral services for Frank Darrell will be held at 12:00 Noon on Saturday, May 21, 2022, at Calvary Baptist Church, 1090 South State Street. Visitation will be held at the church on Saturday, prior to the service at 11:00 AM. Interment will be in Redwood Memorial Park Cemetery, 6500 South Redwood Road.
