Frank Charles Gunnuscio Jr

Frank Charles Gunnuscio Jr passed away peacefully on February 7th, 2018, at his home after a short battle with Mesothelioma. Frank was born October 20, 1946 to Frank Sr. and Kathleen Chadwick Gunnuscio in Salt Lake City, Utah. He grew up in Centerville, Utah. He served in the Navy prior to the Vietnam conflict. He worked as a truck driver for a few years and as a mechanic for over 40 years specializing as a brake mechanic. Frank married Pauline Ruckert in 1964, later divorced. He met and married Frances F. Witt, October 1994 in Porterville, California, making their home in Hanford, California. They later moved back to Utah in 1999 making their home in Kearns, Utah.
Frank loved the outdoors, fishing and hunting were part of his life at a very young age. He had a love for racing and was very disappointed to find out that they were closing the Rocky Mountain Raceway.
Frank is survived by his Wife Frances of Kearns, His children; Sons, Robert (Krystal) of Bernalillo, New Mexico, Brett (Monica) of Bountiful, Utah, Daughters Andrea (Michael) Whisenanat of Juneau, Alaska, Brenda (Michael) Gregg, of Rio Rancho, New Mexico, Donna Elwood, of Dunbar, Pennsylvania, Anita Gunnuscio of Huntington, Utah, Christina Gunnuscio, of Springville, Missouri. Brother Jim (MaryAnn) Gunnuscio of Woods Cross, Utah, 26 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren.
Frank is preceded in death by his parents and three children, Katrina Gunnuscio, Eric Gunnuscio, and Bobby Gunnuscio.
There will be a celebration of life to be announced later.
