Frances Fawndele Bullock was born on September 8, 1972, in Salt Lake City, Utah, and passed away on September 16, 2024, in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Frances grew up with an incredibly loving family, and even later in life, she always made time to see them as much as possible. Whether it was just simply gathering at McDonald’s or traveling to many places, such as her favorite, Disneyland. She loved sharing the things that made her happy with everyone. She also enjoyed attending concerts, shopping, going on cruises, watching game shows, and just reading at home. She adored her children and especially her grandchildren, her biggest joy in life. She was always a gift-giver, and her biggest gift of all was teaching us the importance of family and unconditional love.
Frances married her husband Ricky Bullock on March 11, 2000, and is survived by her four children: Steven Baker, Nicole (Gabriel) Sarno, Michael Baker (Nicolette Shirley), and Brandon Baker. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Tesla and Leo Sarno, as well as her siblings, Joey Smith, Douglas (Kathy) Smith, Kathy (John) Fackrell, Timothy Smith, and Laurie (Sam) Carlson, along with many of her cousins, nieces, and nephews. She will be greatly missed by all.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Donald DeVar Smith and Marian Catherine Meisel, her grandson, Diego DeVar Sarno, along with many other family members.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, September 21, 2024, at 1:00 PM, at Memorial Mountain View Mortuary & Cemetery, 3115 Bengal Blvd., Cottonwood Heights, Utah.
