Fontella Stens passed away January 8, 2014 in West Valley. She was born April 28, 1940 in Salt Lake City to Echo and Jack Carlson. She married Carl Stens who preceded her in death.
Fontella loved her children and grandchildren. Her home was the place for all the family and friends to gather. We will all miss her for many reasons.
She is survived by her children, Carla Stens, Carl Stens, Otto Stens; 7 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
A memorial gathering will be held Friday, January 17th, 6 – 8 p.m. at Redwood Memorial Mortuary, 6500 So. Redwood Rd.
