Fernando James Lopez Jr. was born on May 21, 1950 and died on Feb. 1, 2017. He was preceded in death by his father Fernando Sr. & mother Josie O. Lopez, brother Pete Lopez, and sister Peggy Salazar. His surviving sisters and brother-in-laws Mickey & Mike Romero and Marcia & Jimmy Martinez and all of his nephews.
He left behind his children Anna Maria Lopez, Mario, Margarita, their mother Cindy Lopez and other children Emile Lopez, Gabrielle Lopez and their mother Brenda Bateman, grandchildren Joe, Esparanza & Cezar, great-grandchild Luciano & his very best friend Dakota.
Fred retired after 40 plus years from Kennecott. He loved camping and being in the outdoors. He was a kind-hearted man who was loved by his family and friends. He will be missed very much, but will no longer have any pain or suffering. Rest in paradise Dad. Fly with the angels, Fly High!
