Faye Terry Bleak

Faye Terry Bleak, born on March 3, 1943, passed away on January 31, 2019 from a courageous battle with cancer. Faye is survived by her husband, Steven Bert Bleak of 56 years. Her daughter Faylynn (Pat) Barney, sons Steven (Darcy) Bleak, Terry (Selene) Bleak, grandchildren: Tyrel (Morgan) Barney, Trace (Sarah) Barney, Grace Bleak, Hope Bleak, Allie Bleak, Nate Bleak, and her 1st great-grandchild in June.
She was greeted in heaven with open arms by her mother, father, brothers, sisters, and niece.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, February 6, 2019 at the Hunter 15th Ward (Hunter East Stake) 5000 Pavant Avenue (3725 South) West Valley City, Utah 84120 at 11:00 AM with a viewing prior from 10:00 – 10:45 AM. An evening viewing will be held on Tuesday, February 5, 2019 from 6:00 – 8:00 PM at Memorial Redwood Mortuary and Cemetery 6500 South Redwood Road, West Jordan, Utah 84123.
