Faye K. Knowlden passed away peacefully in her home in Murray Utah on November 6, 2016, surrounded by those who loved her.
Faye was born on January 22, 1921 in Moab, Utah. She was the second child to Charles and LaRhea Lance.
Faye enjoyed a full and happy life. She was married to Ron Knittel for 18 years and she worked for 40 years at Mountain Bell as a telephone operator.
Faye loved traveling to new places, and enjoyed an adventure. She liked finding bargains at garage sales, sewing, gardening and loved making quilts for her grandkids.
Faye is survived by Keith Knowlden, her son, Douglas (Rebecca) Lance, a step son, Ross (Eva) Knittel, 20 grandkids including spouses, 49 great grandkids including spouses, and 13 great, great grandchildren.
Faye Knowlden was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and LaRhea Lance, her siblings: Sylvia Johnson, Charles Lance, Ruth Wise and spouse, Ron Knittel.
A Wake will be held at The Lance home – 1061 E 5645 S in Murray on Wednesday, November 9th from 11:00 – 1:00 pm. This will be an Open House to visit with Doug and Becky Lance and family. Refreshments will be served.Service Information
