Evann Riley-Sutton
November 7, 1939 — August 24, 2015
Dear Friends,
After a week of restful slumber, Mom decided to wake in the arms of Jesus on August 24, 2015. She had a kind and gracious transition. Our family is blessed to have called her Mom, Grandma Honey, Sister, and Aunt Evann. She is survived by son Richard Vann and wife Tiffany Lee, daughter Monica Lee, granddaughters Hailei Jeannette and husband Tyler Stephen, Riley Alta, and Lillie Isabelle, brothers Walter R. (deceased), David E. and wife Fran F., beloved nieces and nephews.
Mom’s love of music was shared for many years as a church accompanist. She was a faithful member of the Southern Baptist Church and used her gift to praise God in Price, Millcreek, and West Valley City. We are going to miss her sweet, snarky spirit, and funny chastising looks.
We invite you to celebrate Evann’s life on Wednesday, August 26, 2015 at First Baptist Church of West Valley City, 3831 South 2700 West, West Valley City, Utah. Viewing 10:00 to 11:00 a.m., service 11:00 to 12:00 p.m., luncheon 12:00 to 1:30 p.m., procession to Price City Cemetery (595 East 400 North, Price, Utah). Estimated arrival time 3:30 p.m. for graveside dedication and interment.
