Eunice Bendixen Lindhardt, age 87, died on May 14, 2019 in South Jordan, Utah. She was born on May 2, 1932 in Mills, Utah to James Embro and Sarah Winter Bendixen. Eunice married Nelson T. Lindhardt on September 14, 1956.
Eunice loved all things family, whether at home or on an adventure. She was an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and was blessed to be able to serve with her husband as a missionary for the Church at Cove Fort, Utah. She loved reading, games, and visiting with anyone and everyone.
Eunice is survived by 4 sons; Don (Sherry) Lindhardt, Ted (Lorri) Lindhardt, Ben Lindhardt, and Roy (Kanda) Lindhardt, her sister; Ramona Wilson, 13 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Embro and Sarah Bendixen; her husband, Nelson Lindhardt; 2 brothers, Warren and Leo Bendixen; sister, Cleo Gerrard; and granddaughter, Brietta Lindhardt.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, May 21, 2019 at 2:00 PM at Memorial Redwood Mortuary, 6500 South Redwood West Jordan, UT. There will be a viewing prior at the same location from 12:00 PM – 1:45 PM. Entombment will be at Memorial Redwood Cemetery following the service.Service Information
