Ernest Theodore Ajax, M.D. (Ted) passed away on August 16, 2015 at age 88. He is survived by his wife of 65 years, Gwen, and his children, Ted J., M.D., Katherine, Wendy, and Todd, M.D. and their spouses and eight grandchildren.
Ted and Gwen enjoyed traveling to many places. They took pride in the accomplishments of their children and grandchildren. Services will be private.
