Erin Cathleen Casper, age 41, Sartell, died Tuesday, July 19, 2016 at her home.A memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 30, 2016 in Lehi, UT. Burial will be in the Holladay Memorial Park, Holladay, UT. Arrangements are with Benson Funeral Home, St. Cloud, MN.
Erin was born July 3, 1975 in Sacramento, CA to Robert and Susan (Pride) Lyman. She was united in marriage to Rhett Casper for time and for all eternity on October 11, 1996 in the Manti Utah Temple of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Manti, UT. Through their educational and career journey they resided in Utah, Nebraska, Nevada, England, Louisiana, Mississippi, New Jersey and finally Minnesota. Erin loved the culinary arts, literature, horseback riding, traveling, politics, and most of all mothering. She was bodacious, brilliant, classy, clever, quick-witted, tenacious, tough, brazen, shameless, bold, courageous, and fiercely loyal to her husband, her children, and her covenants with God.
Survivors include her husband, Rhett of Sartell; her son, Brandon, currently serving a Church mission in Bakersfield, CA, daughters Brittany, Tarah and Eliza all of Sartell; her parents Robert (Grace) Lyman of Ridgefield, WA and Susan (George) Zents of Roseville, CA and her brother, Judson (Kalleen) Lyman of Marysville, CA.
