Emmett Edward Krueger passed away on November 22, 2015 in Salt Lake City, Utah at age 83. He was born on July 30, 1932 in Highland Park, Illinois to Chester and Ruth Krueger. He married Patricia M. Krueger on September 20, 1973.
Golf was his passion. He enjoyed helping Patricia tend her garden. He was a devoted Bears fan and a die-hard Cubs fan. Emmett enjoyed several careers in his lifetime including sales representative for Kraft Foods, PR for Atlanta Braves Baseball, small business owner and maintenance technician for Hackney’s restaurant chain.
He is survived by his wife, Patricia and his children; Holly (Doug) Glander, Michael (Bonnie) King, Carrie (Richard) Flessner, Robert (Kris) King, Douglas (Sue) Carter, Franklin Carter, April (Ross) Pierson, Darin (Michelle) Parker and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his sister Shirley Williams and his parents.
Funeral Services will be held Monday, November 30, 2015, 11:00 am at the Canyon Rim Stake Center, 3015 South 2900 East, SLC, UT 84109. A viewing will be held one hour prior to services at the same location. Interment will follow at the Payson City Cemetery.
