Emily was a light in the lives of all who knew her. Her life from a young age was filled with trials of every kind but she never let them get her down for long. She would come through whatever hardship befell her and pick herself up and carry on with her infectious laughter and her feisty, spunky personality.
She was an intelligent, hardworking single Mom who loved to have fun. She gave her heart easily and loved her family and friends with fierce loyalty. She was honest and gave to those around her without question. She was an avid reader and animal lover. She took in any stray animal that needed her care, and if friends needed a place to stay her door was open. She was willing to give up the things that were most precious to her if she saw a greater need than her own.
A light has gone out in the lives of all who knew her and that light will be greatly missed.
