Elmer K. Johnson

Elmer K. Johnson, age 88, passed away March 22, 2018, in Salt Lake City, UT. He was born on March 25, 1929, in Francis, UT, to Elmer William Johnson and Algie Mary Ann Kirkham. He married Beth Evans on June 17, 1949, and was later solemnized in the Salt Lake Temple on October 21, 1998. He served in the US Army in the Korean War. Elmer loved to golf, bowl, snowmobile, travel, and go south for the winter. He is survived by his children; Curtis (Dianne), JaNean (Terry), DeMont, Colette (Jerry), and LaVell, 4 sisters, 11 grandchildren, and 2 great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his wife, parents, and 1 brother. Funeral services will be held Thursday, March 29, 2018, at 12:00 pm at Memorial Murray Mortuary
located at 5850 S. 900 E., Murray, UT, with a viewing from 10:30 – 11:30 am prior. A viewing will be held Wednesday, March 28, 2018, from 6:00 – 8:00 pm at the same location.
