Ellen Platt passed away on August 5, 2022 at the age of 87 in Salt Lake City, Utah. Born in Salt Lake City to Norman and Grace. She married Franklin Platt in 1956. She was the loving mother of four children, Deborah, Frank (Connie); Carrie; and Shawna (Jace).
She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Franklin and sister, Shirley.
She is survived by her children along with two sisters, Susan and Kristie; and nine grandchildren, Ryan; Spenser; Jessica; Ashley; Sean; Brandon; Kelsey; Nicholas; and Samuel.
Ellen was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and was very dedicated to her callings. She and Franklin traveled extensively which they loved to do together. She was an avid Bridge player.
She was loved and will be missed by many. A Private Burial service will take place on Friday August 12th at Mt. View Cemetery in Cottonwood Heights, Utah.Service Information
