Elizabeth Lavelle Cole Raines Peck

Elizabeth Lavelle Cole Raines Peck, age 81, passed away on November 13, 2024, in Vineyard, Utah. She was born on December 5, 1942, in Forsyth, Montana to Wesley Oswell Cole and Viola Catherine Bennett Cole. She married Donald George Raines Sr. on September 5, 1959 and was widowed on July 7, 1990. Later she married Ray Peck on November 11, 1998 and was widowed on February 10, 2016. 

Elizabeth loved genealogy, sewing, fashion, decorating, cooking, and travelling. She travelled extensively in the US as well as many other countries including Israel, Egypt, South America, British Isles, and Norway. She served four missions for her church - three social service missions in Utah and a full-time proselytizing mission in Morriston, New Jersey, with her husband Ray Peck. 

She is survived by her brothers - Duane (Kelly) Cole, Robert (Rosemary) Cole, Bernie (Debbie) Cole, sister - Leota Glover. Children - Daughter in law Teri (Donald deceased) Raines, Vallerie (Ron) Haroldsen, April (Warren) Haroldsen, Amber (Rob) Morris, Lisa (Benito) Castro, Paul (Earlene deceased) Raines, Andrea Alipoon. Elizabeth has 35 grandchildren, 45 great grandchildren and 5 great great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by Wesley Cole (father), Viola Cole (mother), Jeanette Viola Cole (sister), John Cole (brother), Donald G. Raines Sr. (husband), Ray E. Peck (husband), Donald G. Raines Jr. (son), Earlene Raines (daughter in law), 1 grandchild and 3 great grandchildren.
