Our loving Mom, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, aunt and friend Evelyn Elizabeth “Beth” Fullerton Lang passed away on April 24th, 2018 at the age of 81. Beth came in to this world on October 13th, 1936 in Salt Lake City, Utah. She married Dwain Shirl Lang on September 12th,1953 in Elko Nevada. Their marriage was later solomized in the Salt Lake LDS temple on April 14th, 1954.
Beth always boasted that she was the first female paper girl in Utah. She later worked at Auerbach’s department store and enjoyed her years of selling Avon. Beth enjoyed camping and never missed a good Lang Family Reunion. Beth’s greatest love was her family and always loved having them surrounding her. She also enjoyed the holidays and music. In her later years, she enjoyed her friends and staff at North Canyon Care Center. The family will always be grateful to them.
Beth is survived by her daughter in law Vicki (Richard) Metcalf, son Michael (Karen) Lang, daughter Barbara (Miguel) Durant, son Bryan (Tracee) Lang, daughter Cynthia (Teddy) Nevarez, daughter Sheila Denali (Brian Sneddon), brothers Gene Fullerton, Keith (Cynthia) Fullerton, brother in law Melvin (Kitty) Lang, sister in law Marjean Frogget. Beth had 19 grandchildren and 20 great grand children.
Beth was preceded in death by her husband Dwain and her son Randy Shirl Lang.
Friends and family are invited to attend a viewing on Thursday, April 26th at 6:00 PM-8:00 PM and Friday, April 27th at 10:00 AM-11:00 AM at Redwood Memorial Estates, 6500 So Redwood Road, Taylorsville, Utah.
Funeral services will be held Friday, April 27th at 11:00 AM at Redwood Memorial Estates.
