Eilene Noble

Our beloved mother, Eilene S. Noble, passed away on October 16, 2014 in Salt Lake City. She was born on June 10, 1927 to Hazel Louise Allen and Clifford Gates Snow. She married Joseph W. Noble in 1953 and they divorced in 1965.
She graduated from South High School in 1944, served a two-year LDS Mission in Pennsylvania and, upon return, graduated from the University of Utah in 1950 with a Bachelor’s Degree. She furthered her education at Salt Lake Community College, obtained an additional Associates Degree and pursued a career in accounting, which she loved. Eilene enjoyed skiing, especially with her children and was an accomplished knitter, creating beautiful sweaters and afghans for her friends and family. She loved reading for her entire life.
Eilene was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, C. Allen Snow and her sister Mary Smith. She is survived by her 4 children, sons J. David Noble, Mark W. Noble and his wife Julie, Christopher K. Noble and his wife Patricia, and her daughter, Maren N. Quigley and her husband Chris. She was blessed with five grandchildren, Matthew and Michael Quigley, Andrew Noble, Angelique and Jared Noble.
Funeral and Viewing will be held Oct 20, 2014 at 10:00 AM at Lake Hills Memorial Estates at 10055 South State Street in Sandy, Utah. Memorial services at graveside will follow at 11:00 AM.
