Our loving mother, grandmother, and sister, Edith, passed away in her sleep at home on January 22, 2014. Born April 27, 1936 in Hunter, UT to Edward and Mary Larsen Evans.
Edith was a loving and caring mother and grandmother. She enjoyed her trips to Wendover and working. Her entire yard was roses which she loved.
She is survived by her children, Pat (Carl) McGrivey, Edward Garcia, Michael Garcia and Betty Lynn Burton; grandchildren, Nick Garcia, Wendy (Max) Gibson, April (Trent) O’Shield, Clint Leech and Shawn Leech, and Josh Garcia; great-grandchildren, Khristian and Jayda Garcia, Teagan and Blake O’Shield; brother, Brigham (Kandy) Evans and sister, Sarah Knudson. Preceded in death by her parents; eleven siblings; son, George Morris and grandson, Craig Leech. She loved them all!!
A graveside service will be held at 2:00 pm on Monday, January 27, 2014 at Redwood Memorial, 6500 South Redwood Road, West Jordan with a visitation one hour prior. Online condolences at www.redwoodmortuary.com.
