Douglas Scott Lee

Douglas Scott Lee, age 59, passed away on December 8, 2024, in Murray, Utah. He was born on January 23, 1965, in Salt Lake City, Utah to Marvin Hill Lee and Joan Alta Reading.

Douglas was an Eagle Scout. He held various positions in the church. He worked for the church for 31 years. He was in charge of putting up Christmas lights. He loved cars and was a perfectionist in all things. He loved to paint and to do pastel paintings. 

Douglas is survived by his father Marvin Lee, Randy (Gwen) Lee, Curtis (Tonya) Lee, Shana Jax, and many nieces and nephews. 

He is preceded in death by his mother Joan Lee and his grandparents. 

Graveside services will be held on Thursday, December 19, 2024, at 10:00 AM at Memorial Redwood Cemetery, 6500 South Redwood Road, West Jordan, Utah. You may visit with the family at a viewing on Wednesday, December 18, 2024, from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at Memorial Redwood Mortuary at the same address.
