Dorothy May Thomson

Dorothy May Thomson, 87, passed away on October 17, 2016.  She was born September 23, 1929 in Salt Lake city, Utah to Francis Glenn and Mary Peffer Peacock.  She married James Rennie Thomson, Jr. November 7, 1947.  He loved and cherished her until his passing April 29, 2008.  They had 5 children; Rennie (Vi), Gene (Kay), Sherry (Bob), Scott (Shelley), and Vic (Annette), 19 grandchildren, 37 great-grandchildren and 8 great-great grandchildren.  She enjoyed bowling and golfing with Jimmy, but her true passion was nurturing her family.  She is preceded in death by parents, sister; DeeDee, sons; Rennie and Scott; grandson; Ronnie and 3 great grandchildren.  A viewing will be held on Friday, October 21, 2016 beginning at 10:00 AM with funeral services to follow at 11:00 AM, Memorial Redwood Mortuary, 6500 South Redwood Road, West Jordan, Utah.
