Dorothy Marie Mogensen

In the early morning of November 8th, 2019, Dorothy Marie Mogensen of Murray, Utah, left us to join our lord at the age of 78. She was born on Sept 9th 1941 in Hartsville, So.Carolina. At the age of 15 she moved with her family to Salt Lake City, Utah. She attended / graduated from Granite High School. After graduation she married for 11 yrs and had two boys. She worked her entire career as an accountant for Zions Bank and she dedicated her life to caring for her parent until their passing. She had a wonderful talent for drawing and painting. She loved reading and solving cross ward puzzles and she was also an amazing cook. She is survived by her two sons, Bryan (Cindy) and, Brad (Paula) also, 6 grandchildren, Nikki, Alex, Nathan, Natasha, Devin and Whitney and several great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents, Harrison and Hilda Hunsucker. A graveside service will be held on November 15th at 10:30am at the Redwood Memorial.
