Doris “Kitty” Marceil Martinez
March 11, 1966 — November 12, 2018
Born in Salt Lake City, UT to Raymond Hubbard and Janice Holmes. She had 4 siblings Raymond K. Hubbard, Linda Irene Reed, Matt Holmes Hubbard and Suzanne Hubbard Gerken (Chris).
“Squeeze my hand”, our mother Kitty would say as we left the house to go out into the world. Kitty was a loving Mother who supported any and all who came into her home with open arms and an open heart. Late at night on November 11th our mother whispered, “Squeeze my hand” one last time as she left this earth to go to heaven. Doris (Kitty) Martinez is survived by many family and friends including her loving husband Wayne Martinez of 32 years, her 3 beautiful children Benjamin (Krishnah), Meghan, and Joshua. She was blessed with a beautiful Grandson (Torryn) in October who she fell madly in love with. She will be missed by numerous people due to the countless hearts and souls her brilliant spirit has touched. Until we meet again, Momma- “Squeeze our hand.”
Funeral services will be held at the LDS Church- 5823s 4800w Kearns, UT 84118
On Monday 19-NOV-2018 at 11am.
We will be having a Celebration of Life pajama open house party starting 4p at the Martinez residence. Our Mom was not a formal person and loved more than anything to be at home in her pajamas. So, please in honor of our Mother wear your softest, warmest pajamas to our home.Service Information
