Donna Vee Anderson Torgensen

Our beloved mother, grandmother, great grandmother and friend passed away on December 8, 2016 in Salt Lake City, Utah. She was born on February 15, 1928 to Joseph Anderson and Emma Amanda Mansor Anderson in Monroe, Utah. She married Morris Leeaun Torgensen on April 21, 1946 in Las Vegas, Nevada. Later solemnized in the Manti LDS temple.
She is survived by her four children Brent (Debra), Dahl (Janet), Kirk (Linda) and Kathy Taylor (Keven). She was adored by her many grandchildren and great grandchildren. She worked for Century Link Communications for over 25 years and was an active member of the American Legion Auxiliary of Monroe and sang in the Monroe church choir. She was an avid reader. There were not many books she had not read.
Memorial service will be held January 7, 2017 at Memorial Mortuaries 3115 East 7800 South, Cottonwood Heights, UT 84121 at 11:00 a.m. She will be buried next to her husband in the Monroe Cemetery on January 9, 2017 at 1:00 p.m.
