Destiny Mae Bradford

December 11, 1991 — November 29, 2020

Destiny Mae Bradford, age 28, passed away on November 29, 2020 in West Valley City, Utah. She was born on December 11, 1991 in Apple Valley, California to Jeff Martin Hammer and Cynthia Lee Johnson. Destiny and Kyle Allan Bradford entered into holy matrimony on May 9, 2009.
Destiny was a wonderful wife, daughter, sister, and friend. She touched all of our lives deeply with her love, compassion and kindness.
Her greatest joys in life were spending time with friends and family as well as her incredible talent for anything artistic. She was an advocate for many, including the unborn, those in poverty and for chronic pain patients due to her own experience with intractable migraines.
Destiny will always be remembered for her courage facing persistent and overwhelming physical and mental pain. Though she took her own life, we are comforted in knowing that she is at peace in the presence of God.
She is survived by her husband, Kyle Allan Bradford as well as her father Jeff Martin Hammer, and her brothers Justin Martin Hammer and Levi James Hammer.
She is preceded in death by her mother Cynthia Lee Johnson and brother Dustin Albert Hammer.
The family welcomes donations to “The American Chronic Pain Association” (theacpa.org) as an expression of sympathy instead of flowers.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, December 5, 2020 at 10:00 AM at Memorial Redwood Mortuary and Cemetery, 6500 South Redwood Road, West Jordan, Utah 84123. A viewing will be held prior beginning at 9:00 AM. Interment to follow at the same location.
