Desmond Paul

On Saturday, August 30, 2014, Desmond Roscoe Paul passed peacefully in his sleep at his home in West Jordan, Utah.
Young Desmond is survived by a large, loving family including parents Derrick Ryan Paul and Suzanne Marie Anderson Paul, older sister and brother Norah and Deidrick Paul, and many cousins, aunts, uncles, and grandparents.
Although with us for just a very short time, Desmond leaves an indelible mark upon us all. His brother and sister will forever remember their baby brother; holding him and playing with him, welcoming him to their family. His parents, and the rest of those his little spark touched, will carry the joyful memories of his birth and life.
The poet Khalil Gibran once remarked, “Ever has it been that love knows not its own depth until the hour of separation.” That hour is here, and we now explore and will always remember the depth of that love. In that memory we shall keep that love alive.
