Our precious angel left at the young age of 65 on September 12, 2020. She was born on June 3, 1955 in Salt Lake City, Utah, to Don Barney and Phyllis Smith. She married the love of her life, Tim Howe, on August 17, 1974. They just celebrated 46 years together.
She loved doing crafts, the holidays (especially presents), animals, shoes and clothes.
She is survived by her husband, Tim Howe; siblings: Dixie Ekker (Craig), Diana Arnold (Howard) and Wade Barney; and many nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Don Barney and Phyllis Smith.
Debra will be laid to rest at 11:00 AM on Friday, September 18, 2020 at Memorial Redwood Cemetery, 6500 South Redwood Road, West Jordan, Utah.
