David Saulala Kamoto

September 17, 1987 — November 27, 2020

David Saulala Kamoto passed away on October 27, 2020, in Salt Lake City, Utah. He was born on September 17, 1987, in Salt Lake City, Utah to Filisione Elikena Kamoto and Mary Masina Maka. He married Finau Makelesi Molisi-Kamoto on October 25, 2013. He was a passionate, devoted man. He was adamant about keeping his family’s bond unbreakable. There were no boundaries to him. Anything he set his mind to he was going to not only do it but he was going to excel at it. Whether it was providing for his family; his participation in sports, and his advancement at work into leadership. Because that’s what he was, a leader. A father, a brother, a protector, a son.
He is survived by his wife, Finau Makelesi Molisi-Kamoto, his 4 kids, his parents, Filisione Elikeni Kamoto and Mary Masina Maka, his brother Tevita (Oliana) and their 3 kids, his sister Malia and her 4 kids, his brother Remo and his 2 kids, his sister Anosivi and her kid, his sister Naati Amy (Frank) and her 3 kids, his brother EJ and his kid, and his sister Kasimea and her 4 kids.
He is preceded in death by his grandma Kasimea Tatafu Maka and his grandpa Tevita Ngungutau Kamoto.
