David James Martinez

David James Martinez, age 54, passed away on August 6, 2016 in Salt Lake City, Utah. David was born on September 25, 1961 in Durango, Colorado to Damacio E Martinez and Celia M Romero. He enjoyed bike riding and fishing. He served in the reserves. David was the best construction workers out there. He was a very kind man and would do anything for anyone in need. David is survived by his wife Jacqueline kay Stuckman, two sons Jeremie Martinez and James (Michelle Torres) Martinez, his daughter Raquel Martinez, and granddaughter Aaliyah Martinez, and parents Celia Martinez and Damacio Martinez. He is preceded in death by grandmother and granddaughter Melissa Ayala, mother in-law and brother in-law. A viewing will be held on Thursday, August 11, 2016 from 6 to 8 PM at Redwood Memorial Mortuary, 6500 South Redwood Road, West Jordan, Utah. Funeral services will be held on Friday, August 12, 2016 at 2:00 PM with a viewing one hour prior at Redwood Memorial Mortuary. We love and miss him, but will never forget him.
