Darwin Larsen

Our beloved son, brother, father and grandfather passed away on February 5, 2015. Darwin was born August 1, 1958 to Margaret Sarah Anderson and Rodney Maxfield Larsen in Salt Lake City, Utah. He attended Judge Memorial Catholic High School and Hillcrest High School. Darwin married Cynthia Janet Palmer in 1979. They later divorced.
Darwin enjoyed spending time outdoors, especially fishing, golfing and watching his granddaughter Whitnie play softball.Darwin is survived by the light of his life, his granddaughter Whitnie R. Larsen, daughter Paulie (Josh), son Jonathan, siblings Larry (Carolyn), Linda (Candy), Doug (Tessie), Debbie (Don), step-mom Sandra Larsen, special friend DeAnne Byrd, and many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his mother Margaret Sarah Larsen, Father Rodney Maxfield Larsen and his grandparents.
Graveside services will be held Thursday, February 12, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. at the Bountiful City Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family would like to request donations to help cover Darwin’s final expenses. An account has been set up at Cypress Credit Union in his name and donations can be made at any branch.
