Our Loving Son, Brother and Uncle Daniel (Danny) Jay Linford, born April 29, 1981 to Val and Janice Linford passed away September 30, 2016.
Danny was a very outgoing person with a contagious laugh. He was loved by all. He attended West Jordan High School where he was Senior Class Historian and graduated in 2000. Danny loved being outside. He loved camping and riding and boating, especially at Lake Powell. His greatest passion was snowboarding and he was very good at it.
When Danny was 14 years old he started working construction with his Dad which led him to his current job at Metro Ready Mix where he was a dispatcher for 3 ½ years. Danny is survived by his parents and two sisters, Katie (JD) Thompson and Nicole (Brandon) Meiser; 2 nephews and 2 nieces, a grandmother, aunts, uncles, cousins and all of his many friends. Danny was preceded in death by his two grandfathers and one grandmother.
Danny will be forever missed by his family and friends. We love you very much Danny.
Funeral Services will be held Saturday, October 8, 2016 at Memorial Murray Mortuary, 5850 S 900 E, Murray, UT at 11:00 am. Viewings will be held Friday, Oct 7, from 6-8 and 1 hour prior to services.
