Daniel “Danny” Bauer

December 14, 1945 — May 3, 2014

Born December 14, 1945. Died May 3, 2014 in Salt Lake City, Utah. Son of George A. and Helen J. Bauer. He served his country in the US Navy during the Vietnam Conflict on the USS Alamo. He worked as a carman for Rio Grande Railroad and Union Pacific Railroad. Danny was a member of many motorcycle clubs over the years. He was a proud member of AA for over 24 years. Danny gave so much to others. He will always be remembered for his unconditional love and generosity. He was a wonderful brother and was loved by all – especially his “furry kids”. He is survived by his sister, Carolyn (Randy) Mills and many extended family members. Preceded in death by his parents and 3 brothers. Funeral services, Friday, May 9th, 2:00 p.m. at Redwood Memorial Mortuary, 6500 So. Redwood Rd. with a viewing one hour prior. Interment to follow with military honors.
