Dana Lee left this world peacefully on the evening of August 2, 2018, dying at home of natural causes.
A vibrant, intelligent woman, Dana was born on March 10, 1945 to Clarence and Maurine Bessey of Salt Lake City, Utah, the youngest of four children.
Her home was one of warmth and welcome, and outside she nurtured a spectacular garden of cactus, great blooming yuccas, huge agave plants, aloe, and colorful ground cover. She loved vacationing in the Southwest, inspired by its culture, the deserts and all things Native American.
She cherished her family, her friends, and will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
She is survived by beloved sons, Daniel T. Gordon and Michael B. Gordon; grandchildren, Zachary and Destiny; sister, Annemarie; brother, Michael; sister-in-law, Linda; nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
At her request, no memorial services were held.
