Dan Kinder

Born May 1, 1931 in Huntington, Utah to Franklin A. and Lucile Allen Kinder. Died December 10, 2015 in Salt Lake City. He married Gayle Gunnerson. They had 3 children Paul (Cindy), Frank (Linda) and Becci (Dale) Roberts. Divorced. He married Carol Maddox which was later solemnized in the Salt Lake City LDS Temple. They had 39 great years. As a member of the LDS church he served in several callings. He proudly served 4 years in the U.S. Navy. He retired from Associated Foods after 35 years, having held several supervisory positions. Survivors include his wife Carol and his children, sisters Helen Majnik and LaRue Taylor, 12 grandchildren and 23 great grandchildren. Preceded in death by his parents, brothers Bruce, AG, Stan, and Fred, sisters Rita Jensen and Ramona Leamaster. Services will be held Wednesday December 16th at the Little Cottonwood Stake Center 1160 E Vine Street, Murray, Utah at 11:00AM with a viewing one hour prior, with burial to follow. Viewing Tuesday December 15th at Memorial Estates 6500 S Redwood Rd. West Jordan, Utah at 7:00PM. In lieu of flowers make contributions to a favorite charity or the LDS Missionary Fund.
