Dale Jensen

August 14, 1943 — March 10, 2015

Dale Norman Jensen moved on to the spirit world on March 10, 2015 after suffering a major stroke. Dale was born in Salt Lake City, Utah on August 14, 1943 to Norman Oliver Jensen and Naomi Day.
Dale graduated from Olympus High School. He loved cars and became a mechanic. He lived most of his life in Arkansas were he started his own auto mechanic business. He specialized in foreign cars.
Dale was a talented musician. He played the guitar, and fiddle, but his main love and interest was the harmonica. He had a full set of harps that he played frequently. He performed with a regular band and easily joined in with any band that welcomed his unique talent. He was well-known for his music. He frequently stated that music was a great influence in his life that gave him energy.
Dale is a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. In his later years, he proudly stated: I have returned to the church and the Book of Mormon is the true word of God.
Dale is preceded in death by his parents and his brother Dennis Day Jensen, and his wife, Robin Ford.
Dale is survived by his son, Benjamin Jonas Jensen and his grandson, Jack Irie. Also his brothers and sisters: Jeneal Jensen (Don Swartz), Donald (Eileen) Jensen, Janet (Richard) Thorpe, Keith (Shelley) Jensen.
Dale is interred at the Holladay Memorial Cemetery in Salt Lake City, Utah. Graveside ceremony will be Sunday, March 15 at 5 pm.
