Dahle Jensen

Our most beloved father, grandfather, brother and friend, Dahl Ray Jensen passed away peacefully on November 7, 2014. Ray was born in Neola, Utah to Lionel and Ruth Jensen. Ray and Marianne (deceased) lovingly raised five children, Vicki (Stephen), Cathy (Mitchell), Michael, Lee and Lisa (Jon). Ray adored his 10 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
Our father honorably served our country in the Navy in World War II and we are very proud of his service. He and Marianne volunteered at the Veteran’s Hospital for over 40 years helping the Veterans. Ray was a lifetime member of the American Legion Post 132. He was very active at his local senior center and spent many happy days there.
Ray’s family would like to thank the staff at the Central Utah Veteran’s Home and the V.A. Hospital for their loving and kind care of him. In lieu of flowers please donate to your favorite charity.
Graveside services will be held on Tuesday, November 11 at 11:00 a.m. with a viewing one hour prior at Redwood Memorial Mortuary and Cemetery located at 6500 South Redwood Road, West Jordan, Utah.
