Corey Vincent Bleazard
January 19, 1958 — September 12, 2018
It is with great sadness that the family of Corey Vincent Bleazard announces his sudden passing on September 12, 2018 at the age of 60. Born on January 19, 1958 to Robert and Gail Bleazard, Corey married Bobbie Orn at the young age of 18. They later divorced, but always remained good friends.
Corey had many passions including golfing, football, friends and family. Corey started working at Cream O’ Weber at the early age of 18 in order to care for his young family. Corey and Bobbie had 3 children together. Most weekends were spent coaching basketball teams, taking the family boating, and the occasional pine cone hunting trip. Corey loved football season and being involved in fantasy football leagues with good friends and his son. Corey was always a lighthearted jokester who appreciated a good laugh. He made his house a welcoming environment in order to keep his kids close. Through this, he developed life-long relationships with many of their young friends. Corey was always willing to help anyone in need, in any way he could, without any regard to himself. Corey was always at any family event, including birthday parties, holidays, and his grandkid’s games, and loved teasing and playing with his grandchildren. Corey always made sure to call his father every day, just to say hi. Nothing meant more to him than his family.
Corey is survived by his father Robert Bleazard of St. George, son J.R. (Valerie), daughter Alecia (Steve), grandchildren Carly, Randy, Ryker, Andy, Boston, and Vincent, brothers Clark (Julie), Calvin, and sister Jan (Craig), close friend Bobbie Orn, along with multiple nieces and nephews.
Corey is preceded in death by his son Chad Bleazard, and his mother Gail Bleazard.
A graveside service will be held Tuesday, September 18th at 2:00pm at Redwood Memorial Mortuary, 6500 S. Redwood Road. A celebration of life for all family and friends will be held at Affinity 56 Apartment Club House that evening from 6:00-8:00pm, 8088 S. Uinta View Way (5600 W.).Service Information
