Consuelo “Connie” Graczyk

Consuelo “Connie” Graczyk, 60, of West Jordan, Utah, passed away on 6/1/18.
Connie was born in Bogota, Colombia on 9/10/57. She immigrated to the United States at the age of 18.
Connie worked as a care giver for 25 years. She graduated with an Associates of Behavior Science Degree from Utah Valley University. As well as an Associates of Hospitality Management. She enjoyed spending time with family, cooking, and watching movies with her sons.
Connie is survived by her mother Olga, her sons Rocky and Mike, her sisters Adriana, Alicia, and Cristina, her brothers Oscar, Ernesto and Paul, many nieces and nephews, and other family and friends.
Flowers may be given to Memorial Mortuary, 6500 South Redwood Road.
The funeral service will be held at 3 pm on 6/9/18 at Memorial Mortuary, 6500 South Redwood Road. Visitation will be held prior to the service from 1 pm – 3 pm at Memorial Mortuary.
