Connie Winn Clegg

April 12, 1943 — November 4, 2020

Connie Clegg, age 77, returned home to our Father in Heaven on November 4, 2020. She was able to peacefully pass after hearing from her sister, children, and grandchildren. Each one was able to express their love and appreciation for her in her final days.
Connie was born April 12, 1943 in Park City, Utah to Harold Delmar Winn and Crissie Marie Lindsay. She grew up in Park City and attended Park City High School. She attended reunions and gatherings after high school and really looked forward to them. She married the love of her life, Robert Clegg, on August 23,1962 and they were sealed for time and all eternity on August 30,1966. Together they had four beautiful and stubborn daughters. She worked for many years for ZCMI and then later for the Distribution Center. She was a faithful member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. She loved the Lord and her family. She was kind, giving, and strong. She loved Coca-Cola, her dogs, and collecting all sorts of knickknacks. She endured many trials and hardships but continued to press forward. She will be greatly missed and we hope that we can honor her by pressing forward and drawing closer to the Lord and to each other. We love you mom, grandma, and great-grandma! God be with you and with us till we meet again.
She was preceded in death by her parents Crissie Marie Lindsay, Harold Delmar Winn, her husband Robert Clegg (May 2017), daughter Vicki Bohen (March 2019), and her brother Greg Winn (March 2020).
She is survived by her sister Delsa (Leonard)  Laxton, her daughters  Judy (Larry) Walker, Terri Clegg (Jeremy) Dais, and Wendi (Ronnie) Gagne grandchildren, Robert (Jamie) Walker, Alicia, Christy Montiel, Kitita (Bridget) Clegg, Fiola (Justin) Berrett, Shambrae (Alika) Ricafrente, Brody Tran, Nathan Tran, Ethan,Travis, Keven (Chav Leyna) Holmes, Alex Holmes great-grandchildren, Paityn, Kenley, Everett, Garrison, Christian, Dylan, Saidy, Korbin, Chase, Easton, Braden, Jordan, Benjamin, Akillez, Aspen, Austin
“Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.” (Matthew 11:28)
“…mourning is one of the deepest expressions of love. The Lord said, “Thou shalt live together in love, insomuch that thou shalt weep for the loss of them that die” (D&C 42:45). The only way to take sorrow out of death is to take love out of life.”  (True to the Faith)
“And again, blessed are all they that mourn, for they shall be comforted” (3 Nephi 12:4).
