Cody passed away unexpectedly in Seattle, WA. on April 3, 2014. He was born Thanksgiving morning November 26, 1987 to Robert and Debbie Spafford. Cody was a talented chef at the Walrus and Carpenter restaurant in Seattle. He was in the process of moving to New York City to begin the next chapter in his life as a Head Chef of a restaurant. Cody was always up for a new adventure. He loved Washington and exploring the outdoors, while living there. Cody loved all the things Utah outdoors had to offer. Lake Powell, snowboarding, and hunting with his mom, brother and dad were his favorites. Survived by parents and older brother Robert Spafford, Jr., both of his loving grandmothers, aunts, uncles, cousins and many close friends.
