Clift 'Tank' Blair
We lost our 'Rock' on March 23, 2024 after his tough fight for life.
Tank served 2 years in the US Army and worked for over 30 years at Pipe Fab until he retired in 2012.
When he walked into a room, you knew it. With his large heart and tough exterior he could speak to you with just a look. He had a way with words without saying a thing. He could make you feel stupid and loved in one sentence. If you got passed his 'tough guy' exterior, you knew he loved deeply. He loved big and had his own way of showing it. He was a wonderful man if you were lucky to really get to know him. He would say 'Don't come to my funeral and tell everyone what a nice guy I was, you tell them what a s.o.b. I was.'
He was a family man. His family was his whole world. He cared deep and loved deeper. He enjoyed spending time with his family for holidays, bbq's, camping, riding 4 wheelers at the Dunes, watching Nascar, and even water gun fights in the backyard. He will be missed a lot.
He made sure his grandchildren were taken care of and they will forever be eternally grateful.
He is free of pain and no longer suffering.
Preceded in death by his son Brent Tank Blair.
He is survived by his Sweetie Pie Candy, his wife of 55 years, his amazing daughter and son in law Christie and Bruce, his grandson and best friend always Brady, his wonderful and caring granddaughters and their husband's Morgan and Carl, Hailie and TJ and his youngest sweetheart granddaughter Chloe T. 4 beautiful greats, Allie Jo, Maizie Mae, Madison Lee, and Ainsley Anna-Marie.
As per Tanks wishes, there will be no services.
Life will never be the same without you!
