Cindy Jo Scott

December 9, 1957 — September 2, 2023

Cindy Jo Scott, passed away on September 2, 2023, in Salt Lake City, Utah at the age of 65. She was born on December 9, 1957, in Ft. Smith Arkansas to Charles and Shirley Kramer.
Cindy was one of a kind. Her heart, her energy, and her spirit were infectious. She held many jobs in life, but the most important job was caretaker. She cared for so many and took care of so much that her passing leaves an immeasurable cavity in the universe that will be impossible to fill. She had a passion for all things nature, animals, connection, energy and spirituality. Many knew her as a friend, a confidant, an always listening ear that gave the best advice and perspective. Her children knew her as all of those things and so much more.  She as our mom will be forever remembered and honored for the incredible woman she was and we will be better in this world for her teachings and wisdom will not be forgotten. This fantastic woman will never leave our hearts. A’ho Mom, Nam, Sinati, grandma, gram gram, Storm Maiden, Cindy Jo, best friend.
She was survived by her children, Benjamin Scott and Samantha Scott, their spouses Sylvia Scott and Del Ruth, her grandchildren Benjamin Scott Jr., Jasper Dalton, Kayden Dalton, and Silas Scott, and her constant 4-legged companions, Vinny, Tundra, and Jackie.
Funeral services will be held on September 23, 2023, beginning at 8:00 a.m. at Memorial Redwood Mortuary and Cemetery on 6500 South Redwood Road, West Jordan, Utah, 84121 for friends and family and continuing outside for a memorial dedication and celebration of life in the Zen Garden.
