Christopher Gordon Dell
Born September 28th, 1961, in Salt Lake City, Utah, to Gordon and Josephine Dell, Christopher passed away unexpectedly on January 28th, 2025.
Chris was a beloved son, brother, uncle, and friend. Although he never had children of his own, he helped raise his niece Tosha and nephew Chase and was considered a grandpa to their children.
Chris was a dedicated employee at Bimbo Bakery, having worked there as a hearth line mixer for the past 47 years. He was the most senior associate at the bakery and will always be #1.
He was a devoted Catholic and would read his scriptures daily.
Since he was a young boy, Chris always had a love for sports, with his favorite teams being the San Francisco Giants, San Francisco 49ers, and the Utah Utes.
In his free time, Chris enjoyed spending time with his best friend of 35 years, Johnny, going golfing, hanging out at the Redwood, and watching his sports.
Chris was known for his unwavering kindness, wisdom, and generosity. He touched the lives of everyone who knew him. His dedication to his family and friends was unparalleled, always putting others before himself.
His spirit will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him. He will be deeply missed by all.
Christopher is preceded in death by his parents, Gordon and Josephine Dell.
A viewing service will be held Thursday, February 6th 2025 from 1-3pm
