Charles Thomas Inger Sr.
Our beloved son, father, brother, grandpa, great grandpa, uncle, friend, passed away peacefully at home with his care givers Lazaro and Micaela Herrera on January 28, 2016, in Kearns, Utah at the age of 86. Charles was born on July 20, 1929 to Martin F Inger and Agnes Rogers in Homestead PA. Charles was a Korean Vet. He had an honorable discharge and earned a metal. He was discharged at Doug Way Proving Ground. Charles loved working for Union Pacific Railroad as an engineer, he loved spending his summer days outside with his dogs, doing his word searches. He had a passion for peeling his copper wire, he was also known for his many stories about his Army days. Charles is survived by Laura (Glen), Tammy, Sandy, Charles Jr (Corrine), Tiki (Howard), Mike, Martin (Amber),  Jesus Sr. (Catrina), Brother Guy, 34 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren, and a special shout out to the 2 mothers of his children Micaela and Margaret. He is preceded in death by his parents, grandsons Martin Jr and Antonio,  Brother Oliver, and Aunt Laura.  A viewing will be held on Thursday, February 4, 2016 from 6 to 8 PM at Redwood Memorial Mortuary, 6500 South Redwood Road, West Jordan, Utah. Funeral Services will be held on Friday, February 5, 2016, 1:00 PM with a viewing one hour prior to services at Redwood Memorial Mortuary.
