Our father, husband, brother and grandfather Charles passed away on August 26th 2019 at the home of his son surrounded by love.
Charles was born August 3rd 1934 to Ivan Lee Gardner and Juanita Sprinkles in Tucumcari, New Mexico. He married Arlene D. Williams on October 3rd 1953 and together they had 2 children Chuck and Christine.
Charles was a wonderful man and a pillar of strength, an example to all of what it truly means to be giving of yourself. He loved his family deeply and he loved to travel, go camping and UTV riding with them.
Charles has a long and fulfilling work career, he was dedicated to his work but nothing ever came before his family.
He is survived by his wife Arlene, son Chuck (Tammy), daughter Christine (Norm) Bringard, brother Leonard (Jeanne), sisters Vera Payton, Shirley Dugan, Gail Naves and Barbara Mitchell.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Juanita and father Ivan, brother JW Gardner, sister Beth Davis, Brenda Kitchersed and two granddaughters Melissa and Brittney.
Graveside services will be held August 30th 2019 2:00 pm at Lake Hills Memorial Mortuary, 10055 State St Sandy, Utah. Viewing one hour prior to services, interment to follow.Service Information
