Charles Everett Wallace

Charles Everett Wallace passed away at his home on November 18, 2021, surrounded by his wife and three children.
He was born May 17, 1941, in Somerset, Colorado to Boyd Wallace and Lucille Arnold. He married Arlinda Ann Peterson on October 25, 1969, in Price, Utah, marriage later solemnized in the Jordan River Temple.
Charles served two enlistments totaling 9 years in the U.S Army, where he earned Top Marksman awards. He earned his private aircraft license, commercial driving license and achieved a safety award for three million miles with no accidents. Charles loved reading, cooking, crossword puzzles, fishing, golf, classic cars and BYU football. His greatest loves were his family, country and Savior.
Charles is survived by Arlinda (spouse of 52 years), his three children Stephanie Olsen (Joseph), Jennifer Despain (Lance), Tyler Wallace (Nicole), ten grandchildren, two sisters, Vivian Harris and Toni Benevento and numerous others. He was preceded in death by his parents and three sisters.
Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, November 23, 2021 beginning with a viewing at 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Sunrise Chapel at the Utah Veterans Cemetery and Memorial Park in Camp Williams, located at 17111 South Camp Williams Road (1700 West) in Bluffdale, Utah. The funeral service will be held at the same location at 11:00 AM with interment immediately following at the cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, the family wishes memorial contributions be made to the Wounded Warrior Project.
