Charlene Wendy Ouimette

Charlene Wendy Ouimette, age 50, of Salt Lake City Utah, passed away Friday February 19, 2021. She was born on the Tachikawa Air Force Base in Tokyo Japan to James and Helen Carbine on September 18, 1970. She attended West Jordan High School and married her high school sweetheart Don Ouimette on April 20, 1990 in the Salt Lake City Temple.
She loved children and dedicated her life to caring for and raising her four children. After they were grown, she became a school teacher and cared for children at Franklin and Liberty Elementary Schools in Salt Lake City.
She is survived by her loving husband, her children, Taylor (Emma), Travis, Ashley, Aubrey, her parents, and her siblings. She is currently expecting her first grandchild, whom she was very excited to meet and finally be a Grandma.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday 2/27/21 at 10:00 AM at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 1145 West 500 South, Salt Lake City, Utah 84104. A viewing will be held Friday 2/26/21 from 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM at the same location.
Interment to follow services at Memorial Redwood Cemetery, 6500 South Redwood Road, West Jordan, Utah 84123.
