Catherine Peterson

Catherine Helen Rigby Peterson, age 66, passed away March 26, 2013 in West Valley City, Utah. She was born Jan. 17, 1947 in Salt Lake City to Julia Ann Rigby and Samuel Wesley Rigby. She married Carl DeRoy Peterson on December 4, 1964.
Catherine enjoyed Bingo, cards, dice, shopping at Wally World, planning for Christmas, spending time with her kids, grandkids and great grandkids.
Catherine is survived by: husband, Carl, Sr.; children, Carl Jr. (Shirley), Jeff (Marlene), Oscar (Amanda), Tammy (Chris), Deanna (Dan), Tracy (Tiffany) and Lynda (Carl); 23 grandkids; 13 great grandkids; 2 sisters; 5 brothers and countless nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by: her father; mother; 1 brother and 3 sisters.
Services will be held Friday, March 29, 2013 ~ 4:00 p.m. at Murray Memorial Mortuary, 5850 S. 900 E. Murray, Utah. A viewing will be held Thursday, March 28, 2013 from 6-8 p.m. at the mortuary. Interment Mountain View Memorial Park ~ 3115 E Bengal Blvd. (7800 S) Cottonwood Heights, UT.
