Catherine Lee Cressall Loveless died on April 26, 2024, in Riverton, Utah. She was the cherished wife of Warren R Loveless and a loving mother. She was born on September 7, 1956, in Salt Lake City, Utah to Lyle K and Erma Lee Prescott Cressall. On September 26, 1975 she married Warren Romney Loveless in the Ogden LDS Temple.
Catherine's passion for preserving history was unmatched as she was an expert in Family History. Her talent as a scrap-booker and creative skills in crafting custom cards brought happiness to many. She was renowned for her artistic abilities and was appreciated for being an accomplished decorative artist. Among her proudest accomplishments was being awarded the title of Betty Crocker Homemaker of the Year from the Future Homemakers of America while in High School. Years later, as a busy mother, she was awarded Homemaker of the Year from the Utah Homemaking Association. She was an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and served in many capacities over her lifetime. Catherine's dedication to her family and community exemplified her kind and nurturing nature.
Fond memories will be cherished by her surviving family members: husband, Warren R Loveless; daughters: Marissa (Bruce) Walther, Cheree (Jeremy) White, and Rachelle (Josue) Taveras; grandchildren: Boston, Gideon, Abigail, Gabriel, Lorenzo, Luca, Adrian, and Alexander; son-in-law, Aaron Wood; siblings: Chris Cressall, Debera (Buck) Sharples, Steve (Karen) Cressall, and Karen (Troy) Oborn; and a host of extended family members and friends who will miss her dearly. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Christi Wood, and parents Lyle and Erma Lee Cressall
A Funeral Service in honor of Catherine will be held at the Riverton Central Stake Center, 12852 South 3200 West, on May 3, 2024, at 11:00 AM. A visitation will be held at the church from 10:00 AM until the time of the service. Interment will be in Memorial Mountain View Memorial Cemetery, 3115 East 7800 South, Cottonwood Heights, Utah.
Catherine's legacy of love and creativity will forever remain in our hearts. May she rest in peace knowing she made this world a better place with her presence.
