Carolyn Leiter

Carolyn Sorenson Leiter, age 87, was born in Richfield, Utah daughter of Jay Bryan Hansen and Edith Irene Hansen, deceased. Carolyn passed away peacefully on 5/6/18. She married Robert Warren Leiter on 11/2/1948 and were happily married for 69 years, later solemnized in the Salt Lake Temple in 2002. Carolyn loved playing the piano and watching classic movies. She and Robert were avid Utah Jazz fans and enjoyed watching the games together. She was a dedicated wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She had 4 sons, 2 daughters, 17 grandchildren, and 39 great grandchildren.
 
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Thursday, May 10th at Memorial Mountain View Mortuary, 3115 East 7800 South (2000 East then East on Bengal Blvd) with a viewing from 10:00 – 10:45 AM. Interment at Memorial Mountain View Cemetery. Condolences may be left at www.MemorialUtah.com.
